You see, we base our management approach on what you want from your property. And, since every property owner’s goals are different, spending time with you to learn why you’re invested, what you’d like to accomplish and your time frame, are crucial for us to understand how we should best represent you and position your property with tenants and to serve you and help you accomplish your goals with your investment(s).
The next step is to schedule a time to meet with one of our Brokers and Property Managers to complete a 27-Point Executive Analysis of your commercial property. There is no charge and no obligation. (Were we to attach a fee for this service, it would easily exceed $400 in real value.)
My name is Alyssa Flores. I was raised here in Salem, Oregon. I’ve been working in property management for the past 6 years, and am excited to be part of the Pikes Northwest team. In my spare time I enjoy being with my family and friends.
My experience in property management spans 15 plus years including selling homes in Southern CA. I relocated back to the NW after 20 plus years and I’m really enjoying the beauty of the seasons! I’m excited to add more Commercial Property Management experience to my skill set!
