Yes, Jerry, please register me as a qualified Referral Partner with Pikes Northwest Commercial Property Management. By submitting this registration form, I am agreeing to the following:

1. PNW works exclusively with commercial property owners – most of which are Class A properties. Residential referrals are not accepted at this time.
2. PNW reserves the right to accept referrals consistent with its current properties under management. Note, some properties may not qualify.
3. PNW reserves the right to approve referring Brokers.
4. PNW has no future plans to cancel or end our referral program. However, PNW reserves the right to cancel this program at any time with 30 days’ notice. Any unearned but due referral fees will be paid.
5. Referral commissions for our Refer-a-Lead program are paid within 14 days upon PNW receiving lead notice ($50). Commissions for our “Refer-a-Client” program are due and payable by the 10th of each month for the previous month (100% of 1st month’s earned mgmt. fee or 10% of same, for a period of 12 months).
6. PNW and its referring brokers agree to abide by the Golden Rule.
7. I agree to submit leads using either the physical “lead form” provided by PNW or their website submission form.
8. I agree to remain an active Oregon licensee in order to continue to receive commissions.
