Dear Salem-Area Investor,

Jerry Jones here. Are you frustrated with volatile stocks, low-performing bonds, or other lackluster investments not backed by tangible, “hard assets” in these uncertain times?

Why alternatives? Because one (1) of anything is a bad number. One stock. One investment type. One way to fund your retirement. One way to grow your savings.

Diversity leads to stability — and when it comes to generating cash flow now or later, in retirement, you want to rely on not just one, but several sources to pay you each and every month.

Smart Investing Needs Caution

Every Investment Has Risks

A stock investment can go to zero. I remember all too well when my wife lost her entire savings when she was heavy in one stock — perhaps you remember it? It was called MCI.

Bonds, while reliable, are far from fool-proof; consequently, the returns are low. Savings accounts — yikes — sub 1% returns.

CDs? Same. You might see up to 2% if you are lucky and shop around.

Investing in a single-family home — one asset, one tenant. A one- or two-month vacancy while you spend thousands to rehab it for the next tenant means all cash flow is gone for some time — maybe a year or longer.

Multi-family syndications — while these investments can be lucrative, they are riddled with cautionary tales, often involve crazy leverage that ends badly during downturns. The internet is full of these stories.

There are other options…

Effective alternatives others are using right now, right here in Salem and the surrounding area, to enhance their retirement plans and boost savings. And, they're never troubled by tenants bugging them at all hours, trash, or toilets. At my next free investing seminar, I'm sharing how Accredited Investors like you can potentially earn a 6% preferred return* — or more — perhaps 11%, 12% or even 13% or higher (internal rate of return), without the hassle of traditional commercial real estate investments.

Learn how to earn a 6% preferred return*, for a total IRR of 10%–12% or more, backed by Capital City commercial real estate — at my upcoming FREE seminar.
